ABOUT US
Established in 1960, Somerset Swim Club has been a notable landmark in Fraser, Michigan for over 65 years. As a membership-based pool, we welcome individuals from Fraser and surrounding areas.
Originally constructed as a private park and pool for the Venetian Village subdivision, the club is managed and maintained by an elected board of volunteers. We are continually seeking new volunteers to assist in ensuring that the pool remains both enjoyable and safe.
Each membership constitutes one share in the pool.
We are open for members from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
With good weather we are open noon to 9 pm all week.

Board members are elected at our end of the season meeting/boat regatta.
All members are invited to participate in the meeting/election/voting, each membership gets one vote per Board position.
The newly elected Board will take over starting with the next swim season.

When you join Somerset Swim Club, you get a fun and safe environment for you and your family to enjoy. The pool water is heated, there is always a lifeguard watching every swimmer, and there is even a newly renovated park next-door.
Occasionally, we will do a late-night swim or a movie night, where we will stay open later than our normal hours and display a movie on a large projection screen for all to watch! Check our Events or Hours page for dates.
